Hello and Happy June!
The school year is coming to a close and one thing on my mind is promises. The promises I make to my students, to my family & friends, to myself, and to you as one of my amazing newsletter subscribers (thank you so much for being here!)
With Breathe & Learn, I’m on a mission to help as many children as possible have a more positive outlook on life, and to nourish their minds and bodies in healthy ways.
I’m also inspired to deliver this message & outlook to people of all ages, and so - going forward - here’s what you can expect from me:

Breathe & Learn Facilitator Program. I’m often asked by educators and yoga practitioners: “How can I teach Breathe & Learn to my students/community?” Good news - soon you can! I’m developing a facilitator program that includes full license, online video training, downloadable/printable workbooks and more to bring Breathe & Learn to your community.
