Join us at the most stunning yoga studio in the South Bay - Yoga Loft, Manhattan Beach! This studio boasts gorgeous ocean views and is the perfect setting for our training. Our 15-hour training is designed for individuals who would like to share the gift of yoga and mindfulness with children ages 5-12 (K-6th grade).  More than just yoga poses, this training will help you further develop skills to relate to children and promote physical, mental and emotional health.  You'll learn how to integrate yoga and mindfulness practices into your teaching and parenting, providing your children with the tools they need to succeed in all areas of their life. You'll also have the tools to begin teaching right away - including access to the entire B+L curriculum via our digital platform (4 journals with over 20 lessons plans). You can download and learn more about each lesson at your own pace and access as needed. Our goal is to set you up for success from Day 1 by sharing all of our knowledge, tips and tricks we've learned in our combined 20+ years of teaching. We can't wait to go on this journey with you! Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, lunch and snacks. Dress in comfortable clothing. We will be practicing yoga poses and moving our bodies:). Below is a brief breakdown of our time together. We may adjust breaks and dinner time based on needs of class, etc. There are many options for food and snacks in walking distance. Friday - 5:00pm - 7:00pm (virtual - Zoom) You will receive a Zoom link via email for this evening welcome gathering.
