Kids Beach Yoga - Hermosa Beach

Service Description

Drop off your child with us at the beach and enjoy an adult class with Soho Yoga (10:30-11:30) or grab a coffee and take a stroll on the beach for some alone time:). During class, your child can expect to breathe, move and relax. We'll introduce a "breath of the day" and play beach games which incorporate a variety of yoga poses. The class always ends with, Savasana, a time to connect back to our breath and relax. Kids ages 4-10 are welcome to join! 10:25 - 11:35
