The Breathe & Learn Summer Camp was created to inspire and support kids in living a healthy, mindful life and strengthen social-emotional learning skills in fun and creative ways throughout the summer months.


If your child learns to nourish their mind and body with all of this goodness early on, they'll carry it with them on their journey throughout life (and teach you a few things too!).

You will receive a more detailed schedule of camp, including drop-off and pick-up spots, the week prior to your start date.

A Typical Week at B&L Camp Includes...

Yoga on the Beach - poses, games, relaxation
Mindfulness Meditation Practice - nothing too serious, we make it fun and kid friendly:)
Fitness Fun - beach games, relay races, scavenger hunts, team building, parachutes
Crafts - mind jars, mandalas, tie dye, painting, bubble making, nature glitter
Farmer’s Market Visit - fruits, veggies and healthy treats (on hold due to covid)
Journaling - intention setting, yoga pose notes and daily reflections
Reading - library time to read and nourish our minds (on hold due to covid)
