Our in-person training is a comprehensive, 16 hour course designed for individuals who would like to share the gift of yoga and mindfulness with children ages 5-12.  More than just yoga poses, this training will help you further develop skills to relate to children and promote physical, mental and emotional health.  At Breathe & Learn, we believe yoga offers an opportunity to teach important life skills and plant the seeds for a lifetime of health and wellness.

Self Paced

The self-paced training, also known as the B&L Facilitator Program, is for educators, yoga practitioners and individuals who are looking to enhance their teaching with the B&L curriculum. Learn at your own pace and access an organized library of materials and instruction for an entire year.  This program was designed for elementary and middle schools students.  Lessons can be put to use in the classroom or private settings.  This course does not directly teach or model the yoga poses and breathing exercises, so we recommend this to those who have at least one year of yoga experience.
